APV - Advanced planned visit
The APV will be implemented on February 26th-28th, 2019 in San Lazzaro di Savena, Bologna.
The Advanced Planned Visit gathers leaders from Italy, Portugal, Germany, Denmark and France at Comune di San Lazzaro di Savena to meet all the local partners of the project, to visit the accommodation, to plan together the activities. This is a special meeting to plan all details for the youth exchange that will take place on July 2019.

What about the visit?
The youth exchange InterculturACT about intercultural dialogue and theatre was hosting in San Lazzaro di Savena the Advanced Planned Visit on February 26th-28th. We were visiting Mediateca di San Lazzaro di Savena and Comune di San Lazzaro di Savena being hosted by Benedetta Simon and Giada Fogli to visit this nice city were the project will be host.
We visited and met our future italian participants in IIS E. Majorana that were leading and explaining to our group leaders the school and its laboratories. The students were really active and they were trying hard to speak english with us !
We were visiting with Compagnia Teatro dell'Argine the Itc Teatro San Lazzaro Di Savena where we will develop most of the final event during the Youth Exchange which will be in summer July 8th to 17th.
We were also meeting Bimbo Tu onlus that will host our young participants in their building which every year support many families coming from all over Italy for the cures of their children.
